This latest series of Charcoal based Artworks celebrates the wit and beauty amongst our Wildlife and introduces their energy through the materials used to describe them.
A small quirky and whimsical ink and wash drawing of a Hare with Charcoal and water soluble pencils. I’m always looking to develop character in my drawings of Hares, and this one has a wary demeanour that moves the drawing from an observational piece to a piece that also adds a moment of humour and joy to the viewers day.
About the Artwork: 
Original and expressive Charcoal and Artgraf (ink block) drawing using sketchy and confident marks and smudges revealing the energy, emotion and processes in the making of it. A fine brush and water soluble pencils add details and liveliness to the Artwork. Drawings are approx 14.8cm x 21cm on 300g watercolour paper and will be sent to you matted (mounted) in an 8" X 10" (approx 20 x 25cm) off white mount as shown, ready to be installed in a standard frame. The drawing appears 14cm X 19.5cm in the mount and will be packaged in a cardboard large letter box with a certificate of authenticity making it suitable as a gift.
