SHIPPING POLICY
Please let me know of any special requests as I am happy to add handwritten messages or printouts from yourselves to items intended as gifts!
I will aim to have all orders of Artwork packaged and dispatched within 5 days, but do let me know of any special requests or urgent orders via the contact page and I will do my best to accommodate requests. Card orders will be dispatched within 2 working days.
Most small Artworks and card orders are sent via Royal Mail as I have found them to be the most reliable service to date. Larger orders will be sent using a courier. I am always really keen to receive feedback on packaging and delivery as it helps me to retain or improve standards and remain informed as to the most suitable materials and services to use.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
I sincerely hope you will be pleased with any purchases made here! However, if you do have any issues with your order, or would like to return your Artwork or prints, then please do get in touch, I will always do my best to resolve issues with as little hassle and disappointment as possible.
If you would like to return an item for a refund, please let me know of your return request within 14 calendar days from the day after the item is received. Customers then have an additional 14 days from when they let me know they want to return the item, to actually return it, or provide proof of the return.
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs and for returning the item in its original condition so wherever possible please reuse existing packaging.
